United Kingdom
Fidelis Underwriting Limited (FRN: 709360) is authorised in the United Kingdom by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority, with its registered address being 22 Bishopsgate Level 42, London, England, EC2N 4BQ.
Ireland
Fidelis Insurance Ireland DAC is authorised and regulated in Ireland by the Central Bank of Ireland, with its registered address being 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland.
Under these Terms, Fidelis Insurance Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries (“Fidelis Insurance Group”) and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this Website, and all such rights are reserved.
